      April Twofeather works with kids at risk and is an avid hiker. While out on the mountain with several kids from a youth camp, a rockslide lands her and Grace in the hospital after being rescued by Sean McCormack, a local firefighter and search-and-rescue volunteer. When Grace goes missing shortly after the accident, April and Sean must work together to track her down and rescue her once again before she gets hurt. Mystery abounds amid her disappearance, and April and Sean's budding romance must be pushed to the side until everyone's safety is ensured. This third "Big Sky Search and Rescue" novel from Winters (Swiftwater Enemies) is full of vividly described scenery, likable characters, and enough romance to get readers through the vacillating storyline. VERDICT Readers looking for an adventurous read set in Montana may find this title intriguing.--Shondra Brown
