The roping paid 14 holes deep, plus the short-go fast time, with even the 13th and 14th hole paying $1,000.

CONTENDERS • Ty Arnold and Corey Hendrick got the win against plenty of gold buckle teams at the San Antonio Ariat World Series of Team Roping qualifier for The American Rodeo, roping four steers in 32.05 seconds worth $7,960 for the WSTR average and another $12,100 for the American Contender average.
